Reading Precast is a family-owned precast concrete manufacturer that's been in business for over 50 years. We're looking for experienced CDL drivers who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hands-on team.
No boom truck experience? If you have strong CDL driving experience, we'll train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
· Drive manual transmission CDL trucks
· Deliver and install precast concrete products
· Operate a boom truck (training provided)
· Take field measurements
· Use hand and power tools
· Read work orders and site plans
· Work with customers and your Field Operations team
· Travel to job sites with occasional overnight stays during the week
Qualifications
· Class A or B CDL
· Ability to operate a manual transmission
· 3 years of CDL driving, construction, equipment operation, delivery, or related experience
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
· Comfortable working outdoors
Candidates with experience driving flatbeds, tractor-trailers, tri-axle trucks, dump trucks, lowboys, heavy haul, ready-mix trucks, or building materials delivery trucks are encouraged to apply.
Boom truck or crane experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
