- The Transfer Center Nurse coordinates the movement and placement of all patients within the Health System, including but not limited to transfers, direct admits, and admissions to all Tower Hospitals.
- This position works in conjunction with physicians and hospital staff to prioritize and communicate with all departments as appropriate to maximize efficiency and expedite the admission and transfer processes.
