The Strategic Sourcing Manager:
- Manages the implementation, on-going support and prioritization of initiatives in Supply Chain Management.
- Develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap, while managing multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size, complexity and duration.
- Oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals to support strategic and operational business goals.
- Directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost saving initiatives.
- Provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for a diversity of uses.
- Lead analytical teams in developing their expertise to promote professional and technical growth.
- Mentors and trains the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics and requirements.
- Oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations.
