- Reviews and evaluates medical records to assure compliance with standards, regulations, and agency policy and procedures.
- Responsible for data collection and analysis related to performance improvement and risk management.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates action plans focusing on identified opportunities for improvement.
- Participates in training and education of staff to ensure the provision and documentation of high-quality care.
- Assists clinical management to identify patterns and develop corrective action plans to address identified opportunities.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Relevant Experience
- PA Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire date
