About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance functional performance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support patients in using adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Promote a safe and encouraging environment for rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
