Reading Auto Drive and Reading Auto Center are looking for two motivated and personable individuals to join our sales team as Entry Level Car Salespersons. The ideal candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about our vehicles.
- Manage sales leads and follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers.
- Assist with vehicle purchases and financing options for customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Respond to social media requests and update social media promotions.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, personable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be available to work Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
Experience in sales is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
