About Reaction Lab:
Reaction Lab is a hands-on science lab for kids ages 3–12. We’re are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with children and families- and who are excited about making science fun! We are not a tutoring center; instead, we offer an engaging space where kids can gain confidence and fall in love with science through hands-on experiments and activities.
A STEM background is preferred. Love for science is required! We provide training on procedures and experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Families with Experiments: Guide children (and parents) through interactive science activities, ensuring they have a positive, educational experience.
- Facilitate Birthday Parties: Help set up, run experiments, and ensure kids and guests have a memorable celebration.
- Maintain the Lab Space: Keep workstations, materials, and equipment organized, and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide Friendly Customer Service: Greet families, answer questions, and ensure every visitor feels welcome and supported.
- Event Setup & Cleanup: Prepare the lab for classes, workshops, and parties, then tidy up afterward.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
