Project Manager – Restoration (Bay Area - focusing on East Bay & San Francisco)
We are a well-established Restoration Company based in the Bay Area, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects in the Bay Area - focusing on East Bay & San Francisco. This role is responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage restoration projects (Water, Fire, Mold, and related losses)
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, insurance companies, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Create accurate estimates and determine project scope of work
- Manage schedules and coordinate crews/subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and maintain strong client communication
- Ensure customer concerns are handled promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Prior project management experience in the restoration or construction industry (preferred, but not required—full training provided)
- IICRC certifications (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the construction process and basic tool use
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
