We are excited to partner with Schneider Electric for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in September 2025.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Contribute Day to Day:

 

  • Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to design and develop complex PCB designs for the single-phase Uninterruptable Power Supply and Energy Management markets
  • Work closely with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers developing PCB layouts
  • Create designs using PCB CAD software – PADS and Cadence
  • Hold technical design reviews with the engineering team
  • Create decals and parts as required
  • Work with vendors, test engineering and industrialization teams to prepare designs for manufacturing and test
  • Qualify and release to manufacturing PCBs used in the design

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Minimum of 2-year technical degree with appropriate relative experience
  • Ability to design PCB layouts to meet technical expectations and quality goals with respect to Supply Chain constraints
  • Ability to manage multiple designs and work independently
  • Strong knowledge of Cadence Design tools
  • Analog and digital layout design experience
  • Knowledge of product compliance and testing - EMI/EMC, Product Safety and Environmental Conformance
  • Familiarity with laying out PCBs to meet EMI
  • Solid knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical components
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of IPC and JEDEC design, Fabrication and Assembly specifications
  • Manage all aspects of the layout and keep deadlines

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Power electronics design experience
