About The Role 📖
- Harness AI-powered optimization to refine our allbound approach, making sure every touchpoint hits the mark.
- Equip your team to laser-focus on the best-fit accounts, driving pipeline that consistently closes and scales our ARR.
- Own our US market growth while keeping momentum strong across Europe.
- Manage, coach, and inspire 10 hungry BDRs across the US and UK, building a culture of winning together.
- Establish key metrics, track qualified pipeline and ARR targets, and extract actionable insights to continuously up-level performance.
- Design and roll out ongoing training that sharpens your team's ability to engage, convert, and win.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing leadership to amplify our global BDR channel’s impact.
- Create clear growth paths and frameworks to help your team thrive and progress.
- Play a critical role in headcount strategy and recruiting, scaling your team with top-tier talent.
- Step into the trenches for key account prospecting, leading by example.
- Develop cadences, talk tracks, and messaging frameworks that empower your team to perform at their best.
- Lead an ABM-style outbound motion, collaborating with AEs and Marketing to map accounts and stakeholder engagement.
- Build account-specific outreach programs to raise awareness and accelerate acquisition.
- Map target lists using Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and other tools to power precise prospecting.
- Elevate Multi-Channel prospecting using Nooks, Reachdesk, LinkedIn, SalesLoft and other tools that support our BDRs outreach.
About You 🧠
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 years experience in leading a team of SDR/BDRs, ideally at a high growth scale up
- A well established track record of guiding a team to exceed their targets
- Knowledge of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or SPICED
- Deep knowledge of nuanced prospecting across commercial, mid market and enterprise levels, and the ability to determine the different strategies needed to excel in each vertical
- A positive and nurturing approach to training, and will be used to managing different learning speeds
- Implemented AI powered optimization to improve efficiency and growth
Nice-to-have qualities include:
- The ability to evangelise Account Based Marketing both internally to your team and externally to prospective clients
- Experience either having worked in, or collaborated with enablement and operations teams
- Experience and a deep understanding of sales closing as well as lead generation.
- A history in selling/working with B2B gifting

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar size and stage companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
