- Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP
- Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, WV/OH with our Corporate Office in Buford, GA.
- Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, Office Supplies, Print/Promo, and mailing systems.
Duties
- Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP's
- Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Contributing as a team player
- Must be able to work independently and possess strong time management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferred
- Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
- Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
Work Location: Work from our AL location

Pay: $40, $55,000.00 per year
