*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children ages 0-18 with a wide variety of diagnoses improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
*Duties*
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans as applicable
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
- Other duties as assigned
*Requirements*
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program or occupational therapy assistant program
- Current Indiana state licensure
- Strong patient service orientation with the ability to deliver high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
