Position Title: Data Entry Specialist
Position Goals and Role: This is a contracted position at REACH Medical, PLLC/ Reach Project, Inc.
REACH Medical provides low-threshold, harm reduction-oriented primary care in amulti-disciplinary, integrated practice to further the REACH Mission of ensuring health equity to all who typically face stigma in the current healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and meet regulatory deadlines.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Performing routine quality control checks on datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies
- Work with different departments on data reconciliation which may involve calling patients or calling outside parties in order to keep patient services and REACH’s ability to meet all state and federal regulations.
- Maintain data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Attend designated meetings and keep accurate minutes/records when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Supervision:
The position reports to the Compliance Officer.

Qualifications:
- Excel skills
- Experience utilizing cloud based information systems
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Salary : $18 - $20
