We are an established pediatric company dedicated to providing top-notch support to our therapists and exceptional care to our young patients. **Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)**
**Location:** Decatur, AL
**Hours:** Full Time or Part Time
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement speech therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate and support families to ensure optimal carryover of therapeutic strategies.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

**Qualifications:**
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Previous experience in pediatrics preferred.
