Help Children Find Their Voice—and Love the Work You Do!

REACH Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team.

This is more than a position—it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while helping young patients develop the communication skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and throughout life.

You will work in a positive, child-centered environment where therapy is engaging, individualized, and focused on real progress. Our team values collaboration, creativity, professional growth, and the unique strengths each therapist brings to the children we serve.

What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, feeding, or swallowing concerns
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, abilities, and goals
  • Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Help children improve articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, voice, and feeding skills
  • Work with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, neurological conditions, and other communication-related needs
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, physicians, and other therapy professionals
  • Provide families with practical strategies and home activities that support continued progress
  • Monitor each child’s development and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in early-intervention services and other pediatric programs when appropriate
  • Provide teletherapy services when needed and clinically appropriate
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through training, collaboration, and professional education

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship
  • A genuine passion for working with children and their families
  • Strong evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment-planning skills
  • Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental disorders
  • The ability to make therapy productive, creative, and enjoyable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support fellow team members
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience with pediatric therapy, early intervention, schools, teletherapy, or electronic medical records is preferred but not required
