REACH Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team.

What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, feeding, or swallowing concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, abilities, and goals
- Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based therapy sessions
- Help children improve articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, voice, and feeding skills
- Work with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, neurological conditions, and other communication-related needs
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, physicians, and other therapy professionals
- Provide families with practical strategies and home activities that support continued progress
- Monitor each child’s development and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in early-intervention services and other pediatric programs when appropriate
- Provide teletherapy services when needed and clinically appropriate
- Continue developing your clinical skills through training, collaboration, and professional education
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship
- A genuine passion for working with children and their families
- Strong evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment-planning skills
- Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental disorders
- The ability to make therapy productive, creative, and enjoyable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support fellow team members
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience with pediatric therapy, early intervention, schools, teletherapy, or electronic medical records is preferred but not required
