Responsibilities
As a Helicopter Pilot - SPIFR, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer-oriented, high-quality air medical transport service in a safe and efficient manner.
- Acting as a proactive and integral team player, utilizing communication and technical skills to strengthen our company goal.
- Maintaining a schedule as set forth by the company and ensuring aircraft readiness for flight dispatches.
- Accurately completing all required paperwork duties and attending meetings when required.
- Complying with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment prior to liftoff.
Qualifications
- 2000 hours total time (helicopter).
- 1000 hours PIC (helicopter).
- 500 hours cumulative night experience.
- 100 hours cumulative IFR experience.
- EMS and FAR 135 experience preferred.
- Commercial Instrument Helicopter Rating.
- Current Class II Medical Certificate.
- Preference is given to applicants who have an ATP rating.
- Airbus EC-135 or H145 or UH 72 experience required (250 hours total).
Requirements Other
- Duty weight not to exceed 230 lbs, including flight suit and boots.
