Warehouse Supervisor | $18-19/hour | 3pm - 12am Shift | Bi-Lingual REQUIRED

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This position supervises warehouse personnel, promotes a safe and productive work environment, and ensures compliance with company policies and operational procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with management to achieve operational goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of workplace safety
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet operational demands and deadlines
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse
• Collaborate with other departments, including Purchasing, Customer Service, Transportation, and Operations, to support business objectives
• Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures
• Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, productivity, attendance, and operational performance
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift for items at various levels and heights throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
