FTE: Full time, 30hrs
HOURS: Fri - Mon 10p - 8a
WAGE: $19.43/ hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

SUPERVISOR: Group Home Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: The Night Aide staff is responsible for the health and safety and providing supervision of the clients in the home and the community. Staff are responsible for assisting clients with their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals recreational and community activities. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the functions of the job. Experience working with people with disabilities or a desire to work in the field. High School Diploma preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certifications and training.The individual must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Reach Inc.'s auto insurance, maintain a good driving record, and have a reliable means of transportation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
