Healthcare Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Lawrence, NY. In this role, you will lead structured referral development efforts across Utah and Colorado, building strategic healthcare partnerships that drive measurable market expansion.

Responsibilities:
Build and expand referral relationships across Utah and Colorado
Conduct structured outbound outreach (phone, email, and Zoom) to diagnosing psychologists, developmental pediatricians, early intervention providers, and Medicaid-serving clinics
Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with healthcare partners
Track and document outreach activity, meetings, referrals, and conversion metrics in CRM
Collaborate with field representatives and leadership to strengthen provider relationships
Travel frequently to Utah and Colorado to support in-person relationship development and market expansion
Maintain consistent weekly outreach targets and performance metrics
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $55,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Bonus: Additional compensation tied to client starts and market growth
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Lawrence, NY
Travel: Frequent travel required to Utah and Colorado
Requirements:
2 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical liaison, or referral development preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
Comfortable with structured outbound activity (50–75 touches per week)
Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on measurable growth
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of the role
Experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, ABA, or medical services strongly preferred
