Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Reach High Consulting & Therapy is looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.
We are currently hiring individuals who are already certified RBTs or have completed the 40-hour RBT training requirement and are ready to take the next step in their ABA career. If you have not yet completed your 40-hour training, there are many free and paid options available online. For example, Soar Autism Center offers a free ESDM-focused RBT training program that meets certification requirements, and the Autism Partnership Foundation also provides a free 40-hour training course. Please be sure the course you complete is compliant with 2026 BACB requirements.

What You’ll Do
As an RBT at Reach High, you’ll provide hands-on, clinic-based ABA therapy while making a direct impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
You will:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Teach functional and meaningful skills using evidence-based strategies
- Collect accurate clinical data and complete session documentation daily
- Support skill generalization across settings
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
- Communicate professionally with caregivers while maintaining clear boundaries

Compensation & Scheduling
Competitive Pay
- $19.00/hour starting rate for pre-certified RBTs
- $20.00/hour once fully credentialed with Reach High's payors

Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification OR certificate of completion of the 40-hour RBT training
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks
- Ability to complete Reach High credentialing requirements
