Here at REACH Heat and Air, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and related trade skills. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various projects, including commercial and residential sites. The Plumber will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Candidates with experience in blueprint reading, schematics, HVAC, and remodeling are highly preferred. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing applications
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and construction site tasks
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing and related systems
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and HVAC components
• Experience with remodeling projects or maintenance person tasks is a plus
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor required on construction sites
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
• Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site access when necessary
• Prior experience with carpentry or assembly work is advantageous
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction environments
