This is a full-time on-site role for a Hand Therapist located in Williston, VT. The Hand Therapist will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. Daily tasks include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and educating patients on exercises and recovery strategies. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and documentation of patient progress are also essential responsibilities.
- Expertise in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder therapy and knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience in patient assessment and evaluation
- Documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist with Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) or pursuing CHT designation
- Previous experience in hand therapy or rehabilitation is preferred
