REACH for Tomorroww is in need of employees with clinical experience working with clients who have substance use disorders and are engaged in early recovery.
We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counsellor
CDCA, LCDC II
Essential Functions:
- Assess the strengths and needs of those seeking support for substance use disorder.
- Perform level of care assessments for treatment placement.
- Coordinate resources and services for individuals served.
- Carry out group and individual SUD psychotherapy.
- Perform routine and timely outreach to referrals and those who experience a lapse in treatment.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client contact and related activities.
- Attend team meetings, collaborate with community partners, and participate in related programs to support individuals served.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with behavioral medicine and other teams within REACH.
- Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
- Build relationships and network with partners to build substance use program, expand referral base, and strengthen community relationships
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- License to perform SUD psychotherapy issued by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Hourly rate range $19.25 to $23.50
