Job Description
This is a full-time Fixed Wing Pilot position based in Dillingham, AK. The successful candidate will be qualified to fly the Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients during transportation. You will work closely with a team of medical experts to provide high-quality patient care, while adhering to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, following all FAR and company requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including load manifests and company reports
- Communicate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain required certifications
Qualifications
- 1st or 2nd Class Medical certification
- Ability to work variable schedules, including night shifts and rotating days off
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in FAR regulations and company procedures
