Overnight residential executive protection assignment seeking disciplined, professional agents capable of independent decision-making, rapid emergency response, and client-facing interaction.

This is a client-facing, safety-sensitive role requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to respond decisively in emergency situations. Candidates who are not comfortable working independently overnight or meeting physical readiness and presentation standards should not apply.
Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (overnight), 4 days on / 4 days off
Qualifications:
This is a client-facing, safety-sensitive role requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Executive protection, residential security, or military experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Able to work independently; dependable and professional
- Clean driving record
- Physically capable of rapid response and physical intervention when necessary
- Professional appearance (collared shirt or polo)
- Candidates ready for or progressing toward armed assignments preferred
- Available for occasional travel with client
Licensing:
- CA BSIS Guard Card required
- CA Driver's License (Good driving record)
- Unarmed assignment but, Firearm Permit and CCWpreferredfor future placement
- Non-lethal certifications (OC/ other)
- Medical, and advanced security training preferred
Duties:
Surveillance, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, de-escalation, coordination with law enforcement, and support of client needs.
Occasional travel with the client's family may be required.
Application Process:
After screening, qualified candidates may be asked - at the client’s request - to submit a current headshot to confirm professional presentation standards and complete a brief physical readiness verification (5 push-ups, 5 squats, short sprint). Clients will select candidates to interview.
