Job Summary
RE360 is looking for a Construction Administrator to keep our jobsites stocked, organized, and running without a hitch. This role owns material ordering and inventory from start to finish, and supports our construction team with the day-to-day logistics that keep projects moving. What You'll Own
- Research, source, and place material orders across all active projects
- Track and manage inventory of tools and materials, ordering what's low before it's a crisis
- Review and manage crew timekeeping
- Support fleet management under the direction of the Facilities Manager: monitor vehicle usage, track mileage, and help schedule repairs and maintenance
- Keep project notes, spreadsheets, and documentation current and easy to find
- Partner with the construction management team to make sure project requirements are met on time
- Jump in wherever else the team needs a hand — no task too small
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role
- Comfort with Google Suite (Sheets especially)
- Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to crews and internal teams regularly
- A knack for staying organized when priorities shift fast
- Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the trade side if you bring the organizational strength
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
