Leasing Agent
**Base Commission Bonus= upwards of $65k | Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required**
**Location: Pittsburgh (South Side / Hilltop Neighborhoods)**

What You’ll Be Doing
- Jump on rental leads the second they come in -> speed = leases
- Show units, follow up hard, and close deals
- Guide renters through the full leasing process: screening, approvals, lease signing, and move-in
- Sell the space — highlight the vibe, the value, and why they should sign today
- Make sure every unit is show-ready and move-in ready — no excuses
- Keep tenants in the loop on payments, portals, keys, and inspections
- Handle multiple properties, people, and priorities like a pro

Requirements
- 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Background check required
- Familiarity with AppFolio and Slack is a bonus (we’ll train you)
