We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee our Redistribution sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, questions, and measurements of materials
• Operate the Lightspeed POS system to process sales transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Merchandise, organize, and restock inventory
• Accept and process donations building materials
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (if certified)
• Collaborate with other staff members to manage materials effectively
• Promote Re-use Hawaii promotional sales
• Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and accessibility of items
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to learn and operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
• Flexibility to switch tasks quickly and efficiently
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to new processes
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and honest work ethic
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Apple computers
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building material types and uses (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
