What are the responsibilities and job description for the Longevity Focused Physician position at Re-new Institute?
Company Description
Re-New Institute is building the clinical home for a new model of medicine — the Coherence Model. A seven-domain clinical architecture that assesses patients across their genomic, structural, metabolic, autonomic, cognitive-emotional, behavioral, and meta-regulatory systems simultaneously — measuring movement toward or away from coherence as a live clinical metric.
We are looking for one physician. The right one — not the next one.
Re-New Institute is being built in Omaha, Nebraska — deliberately. We are not a clinic bolting IVs and supplements onto the same broken operating system. We are the operating system. Re-New was co-founded by Dr. Melissa Loseke Ablett, D.O., a longevity physician whose clinical depth forms the medical foundation of the Coherence Model, and Greg Ablett, a systems architect with twenty-five years in advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Together with our clinical and research partners, we are building what longevity medicine has not yet had: a governing architecture.
In this role, you diagnose, treat, and refer across domains. You work from integrated data — genetic, metabolic, cardiopulmonary, body composition, autonomic, fascial, behavioral — and deliver care oriented toward restoring function, not managing decline. The tool stack includes ShiftWave, MET-Test, Claude Enterprise, Vibrant Wellness, InBody, Aspen Laser, Healthie, Alma, and more — organized by domain, not by vendor.
We are looking for someone honest, curious, and disciplined. Someone who reads across specialties, trusts evidence over ego, and is ready to take ownership of a patient population actively seeking to find their vitality again. Someone who questions what they were taught and is hungry enough to prove what works.
This is not a job. It is a seat. Competitive base salary plus a buy-in equity stake in Re-New Institute is available to the physician who belongs here. The compensation structure is designed for someone who intends to help build this — not pass through it.
Requirements: MD or DO, active license (or licensable in Nebraska), and a working knowledge of — or hunger to master — longevity, functional, and systems-based medicine.
If you have been waiting for longevity medicine to grow up — this is the place.
Before you apply, read the white paper: The Coherence Gap — A Systems Framework for Longevity Medicine. It will tell you whether this is for you faster than anything else we could write.
