Responsibilities
Calculate commission payments timely with accuracy.
Oversee accounting system and process receivables, payables, payroll entries, and
journal entries, financial statements.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure
accuracy and cash requirements.
Prepare monthly and annual reports.
Manage and maintain all business records.
Be the “go to” person for agents in the office for any and all admin needs.
As needed, answer the phone and greet customers along with other miscellaneous
admin responsibilities.
Experience
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred or proven
experience in financial accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of daily business processes.
Proficiency/experience using Online QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to self-manage with job responsibilities meeting all deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive data and proprietary business information with the utmost
confidentiality.
Strong communication, customer service and public relations abilities.
