Overview

Growing real estate brokerage seeks a fun, detailed person to be a contributor to our office of positive, drive, full-time real estate professionals striving to provide top-tier experience to our clients. Our “can do” culture needs a teammate who embodies these traits.

Responsibilities

 Calculate commission payments timely with accuracy.

 Oversee accounting system and process receivables, payables, payroll entries, and

journal entries, financial statements.

 Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure

accuracy and cash requirements.

 Prepare monthly and annual reports.

 Manage and maintain all business records.

 Be the “go to” person for agents in the office for any and all admin needs.

 As needed, answer the phone and greet customers along with other miscellaneous

admin responsibilities.

Experience

 Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred or proven

experience in financial accounting roles.

 Strong knowledge of all aspects of daily business processes.

 Proficiency/experience using Online QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

 Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to self-manage with job responsibilities meeting all deadlines.

 Ability to handle sensitive data and proprietary business information with the utmost

confidentiality.

 Strong communication, customer service and public relations abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
