What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support Coordinator position at RE/MAX Realty Unlimited?
RE/MAX Realty Unlimited is growing again and is seeking a multi-talented, customer service oriented professional to assist in the day to day operations of administrative and client functions. This is a full time, permanent position. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5.
The office is located in the Riverview area.
Main responsibilities will consist of basic support to the group of agents in the office including performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist agents in a wide variety of administrative functions. Perform basic computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Maintain office to ensure a premier customer and real estate agent experience. Includes but not limited to greeting customers and agents, answering phones and ensuring location represents a high level of professionalism.
- Support agents with tasks, including but not limited to: Creating post cards, flyers and other print media. Create social posts on various media platforms.
- Learning our real estate and RE/MAX systems so can answer questions.
- Special projects as requested by agents
- Basic book keeping duties
- Open and close facilities to ensure office space is prepared for the work day.
Minimum qualifications of 1 year of responsible experience in administrative and/or clerical duties. (MS Office preferred). Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff as well as outside clients. Demonstrates basic word processing skills to include Word, Excel, etc. High School diploma or equivalency. Compensation $17 - $19/hr.
