Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our experienced real estate team as a Part-Time Office Runner. This position plays an important role in ensuring our listings are professionally presented and that our marketing materials reflect the high standards of our brand. Responsibilities include working independently to install and remove residential real estate signs, maintaining a clean and organized sign storage area, ensuring all signs and posts remain clean and presentable, and assisting with other office and field tasks as needed.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and will help uphold the high standards our clients expect. Prior real estate experience not required.
-Mileage provided .76/mile per July 1st 2026 IRS mileage rate
Duties
- Install/remove residential real estate signs at listed properties in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain, organize, inspect, and inventory the sign storage area to ensure signs, panels, posts, and all materials are clean, presentable, and easily accessible.
- Assist with occasional office errands, deliveries, and property-related tasks as needed.
- Work independently while managing assigned tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding completed tasks, supply needs, and any property concerns.
- Safely load, transport, and install real estate signs and posts independently-[Requires ligh- lifting]
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent The Crutcher & Hartley Team with every interaction.
