Job Description:
RE/MAX Preferred is hiring a Transaction Coordinator for our Monona office. This position provides critical transaction management support to our real estate agents from contract acceptance through closing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Track contingencies and critical dates
- Prepare and distribute transaction documents
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders
- Maintain organized transaction files
- Problem-solve issues that arise during transactions
Required Qualifications:
- Real estate industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn transaction software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or previous real estate license
- Experience with transaction coordination or real estate administration
- Familiarity with Wisconsin real estate contracts and practices
- Knowledge of MLS systems
Compensation: Flexible structure based on experience and preference:
- Hourly rate, OR
- Per-transaction/file basis
Work Location: In-person at our Monona, WI office
