Looking for a motivated real estate administrative assistant. This position revolves around assisting the Broker Owner and Marketing Director at a busy real estate office. This position will included multiple facets of the real estate business including customer service, general office work and administrative duties that will enable our office to run efficiently and included the following:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Answer phones
- Data entry
- Assist with marketing
- Manage paperwork
- Manage our mailing and email lists
- Prepare listing packages
- Posting on social media
- Liaising with title company, multiple real estate companies and others
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe, Apple-based software, and Microsoft Office
- Self directed
- Real estate experience is desirable
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Must have a high school diploma
