We are a successful, established real estate firm in the greater Seattle area, and we're inviting an experienced, people-first producing Managing Broker to join our leadership team. 🔑 About the Role
As a Managing Broker with our team, you won't just oversee, you'll inspire. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives at the intersection of real estate expertise, education, and team development. We believe that the best leaders stay sharp by staying active, which is why we encourage our Managing Brokers to maintain their own real estate production and client relationships.
📋 What You'll Do
• Recruit high-quality, real estate brokers to our growing firm
• Coach, mentor, and educate agents to help them build successful, sustainable careers
• Prepare and present engaging material for sales meetings and training sessions
• Review real estate contracts to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Assist with brokerage compliance, licensing requirements, and Washington State real estate regulations
• Serve as a resource and leader for brokers navigating complex transactions, client challenges, and professional development
• Maintain your own active real estate practice to stay current with market trends and industry changes
✅ What We're Looking For
• Active Washington State Managing Broker License (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an active real estate licensee in Washington State
• Someone with a growth and learning mindset who is curious, coachable, and committed to continuous learning
• Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: recruiting, human resources, leadership, coaching, or education
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping others succeed and a genuine love of the real estate industry
• Active or recent real estate production preferred. We want someone who is plugged into the market
