Overview
RE/MAX Heritage, a busy real estate brokerage located in Clermont just minutes from Walt Disney World, is seeking a Brokerage Operations Assistant to work alongside the Marketing Coordinator, to support and assist the Broker and Sales Associates.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role within a professional real estate office and is ideal for someone who is organized, technology-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the Broker and operations
- Transaction coordination from contract to closing
- MLS listing data entry and updates
- Co-ordinate and assist with agent onboarding and orientation
- Help train and support agents on office systems, including CRM and transaction platforms
- CRM management and database support
- Assisting and coordinating office projects as needed
- Reception coverage and directing phone calls
- Supporting internal meetings, agent activities, and internal and community events
- Maintaining transaction and compliance files
- Internal sales assistance
Technology Experience
Experience with the following systems is desirable:
- kvCORE
- BoldTrail / Brokermint
- MLS listing entry and management
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Canva
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a busy real estate office
- Florida real estate license or familiarity with transactions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial
