Job Title: Lead Coordinator (Business Development Support)
Location: Remote (Preference for NE Ohio candidates for occasional in-person meetings)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour Quarterly Bonus Structure
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping secure long-term growth. This position is ideal for someone with property management or sales experience who wants to grow into a future Business Development Manager role.
As Lead Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting client acquisition, follow-up, and relationship building, ensuring every prospect and client feels valued and connected.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Business Development Manager in bringing in new business through lead generation and follow-up.
- Manage and nurture leads and client relationships using Follow Up Boss.
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and onboarding of new clients.
- Utilize Monday.com to stay organized and aligned with the team.
- Contribute ideas to improve business development processes and client experience.
- Over time, train and develop toward becoming our second Business Development Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Experience in property management or sales.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Follow Up Boss and Monday.com.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-driven, and proactive in follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a mostly remote environment.
- Local to NE Ohio (preferred) for occasional in-person client meetings.
Compensation & Growth
- Hourly Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience).
- Bonus Structure: Quarterly bonuses tied to signed leads and assisting in securing clients.
- Clear path to advancement into a Business Development Manager role.
