Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sonora, CA. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, preparing and presenting market analyses, and negotiating property deals. The Real Estate Agent will ensure clients receive excellent customer service by effectively managing communications and guiding them through every step of the transaction process. Developing strong relationships with clients, staying informed on market trends, and adhering to regulatory requirements are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required to practice in the state of California.
- Proficiency in real estate principles, including experience in property transactions, valuation, and marketing strategies.

- Proven sales record and skills with the ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
