Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Jupiter, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, handling contracts and negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will work to build client relationships, develop market knowledge, and achieve sales goals while contributing to team success.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida
- Experience in real estate transactions and understanding of real property principles
- Strong customer service skills and dedication to client satisfaction
- Proven sales abilities and a results-oriented approach
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience with real estate market analysis and familiarity with the North Palm Beach cointy market, including Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Jupiter Island, abd the Palm Beach Gardens area is a plus.
