RE/MAX Bastrop Area is seeking an Office Manager (Director of First Impressions) to keep our office running smoothly while creating a positive, professional atmosphere for agents, clients, and visitors.
This role blends administrative operations with marketing and social media — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized while also growing our digital presence.
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our office. You’ll manage daily operations, support our agents, and take ownership of our social media presence. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and organization will directly impact the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring systems are efficient and organized.
- Handle financial tasks: pay bills, process deposits/disbursements (DAs), and track expenses.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients warmly, and manage mail/messages.
- Maintain office supplies and presentation of common spaces.
Marketing & Social Media (High Priority)
- Create and manage social media content across Facebook and Instagram.
- Schedule and track posts for listings, community events, birthdays/anniversaries, and office highlights.
- Monitor engagement and share insights to strengthen reach.
- Maintain brand consistency with RE/MAX standards.
Agent & Client Support
- Assist agents with MLS, TXLS, Transaction Desk, copying, and scheduling.
- Support compliance with TREC, ABOR, and board updates.
- Provide helpful resources, maintain confidentiality, and ensure all agents receive consistent information.
Culture & Team Support
- Foster a positive, solutions-focused environment.
- Organize occasional office trainings, recognition posts, and celebrations.

Compensation and Schedule
- $15–$20/hour, depending on experience
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Steady weekday schedule in a professional, supportive office environment
