At RE/MAX Alliance Group, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. Our Office Administrator is the supportive force driving each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking to add to our staffing roster. The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.
Compensation
Pay range from $18.00 to $21.00 an hour
· Preferred schedule 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
· Up to 11 paid holidays
· 20 hours earned vacation pay
· 90-day probationary period with potential for pay increase at 90 days and at 6-month reviews.
Responsibilities
· Warmly greet visitors
· Answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding calls to agents and staff
· Interacts and communicates daily with our agents via phone, email and in person
· Process closing packets
· Work in Paperless with agent files
· Enter contracts and listings into our back-office program
· Sort daily mail
· Help with on-boarding / and off-boarding process
· Help with daily cleaning maintenance
· Willing to assist where needed
Skills and Qualifications
· Proven administrative experience and ability to multi-task
· Superb written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
· Solid interpersonal skills
· MUST be punctual, dependable and detail oriented
· MUST have positive, out-going attitude and a team-player
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous office experience
· Good references and background check will be performed
· Real Estate experience a plus but not required
Dress Code
Business Casual/Dressy Casual (no flip-flops or shorts)
Sitting, walking, standing, reaching, speaking and hearing to communicate with in person clients or on the phone will be required. Ability to use a keyboard and double computer monitors is required. Must speak English.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
