This role embeds AI into core business operations—transforming decision-making, workflows, and business value. As a strategic partner, the consultant identifies opportunities, shapes use cases, and leads initiatives from idea through production.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business unit leaders to understand strategy, operational gaps, and process landscapes.Identify, evaluate, and shape AI opportunities that produce measurable business outcomes.Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, turning business goals into actionable technical solutions.Build and maintain AI roadmaps, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets.Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture teams for seamless integration.Define KPIs and success metrics to track value realization and performance.Guide PoCs through production with minimal friction.Monitor AI project performance, escalate risks, and ensure business alignment.Recommend automation, service optimization, and cost-reduction opportunities through AI.Ensure all AI efforts comply with Voya standards, governance, regulatory, and ethical requirements.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving “art of the possible” discussions.Coordinate cross-functional execution across divisions and shared services.Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications7 years delivering and driving adoption of technology solutions.Strong understanding of enterprise AI:Intelligent AutomationPredictive AnalyticsNLPGenAIStrong business process knowledge across Voya-aligned domains (Wealth Mgmt, Retirement, Benefits, Ops).Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities.Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
