Position Overview
The Model Content Creator will be featured on all social media platforms. This role includes modeling outfits for our website and socials, filming try-ons and styling videos, and producing fun, trend-driven content.
This is an in-person role based in Mayfield, KY.
Responsibilities
- Model new arrivals for photoshoots, videos, and website listings
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Perform on-camera try-ons, styling sessions, and outfit transitions
- Help plan and execute creative content ideas for weekly drops
- Stay current on fashion trends & social media trends
- Assist with behind-the-scenes content during launches
- Collaborate with team on seasonal campaigns
- Represent Re-Fabbed’s brand personality with enthusiasm and authenticity
Requirements
- Comfortable modeling clothing and being on camera regularly
- Experience with TikTok/Instagram content creation
- Fashion-forward strong styling skills
- Confident personality with great communication
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Modeling Size Range: Small–XL (based on current sample sizing)
- Ability to film, pose, and deliver multiple content pieces per day
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar apps
- Prior modeling or influencer experience
