Position Overview
Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for sales? We’re looking for an online sales person & Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, customer engagement, and showcasing products in an exciting way. From hosting live sales and curating product collections to producing engaging content and supporting photoshoots, you’ll help bring our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
Live Sales & Customer Engagement
- Host scheduled live sales, styling and presenting products while actively engaging with our amazing customers
- Select, style, photograph, and price products for live events
- Manage post-live follow-up and product organization
- Engage daily with our VIP customer groups via stories and posts
Creative Content & Marketing
- Assist with weekly photoshoots (styling, direction, and setup)
- Edit and upload product and lifestyle photos
- Create and schedule daily social content (5 posts and 25 stories/day)
- Design graphics for promotions, launches, and social content
- Collaborate on seasonal collections, campaign strategy, and brand promotions
Inventory Flow
- Organize and manage inventory in storage and display areas
- Recommend ways to optimize flow and space
- Refresh live set and display backdrops regularly for visual appeal
- Ensure product availability aligns with live sales and marketing plans
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience in marketing, content creation, or retail (fashion/apparel a plus)
- Confident on camera with strong communication skills
- Strong styling, branding, and content creation skills
- Proficient with social media tools, scheduling apps, and editing software
- Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable team player with a positive attitude and passion for serving customers
Bonus Points
- Experience using live selling tools or platforms
- Familiarity with boutique operations or merchandising
Must
You MUST love to sell in a genuine, energetic, and authentic way. This is key to success in this role.
Pay
Base pay plus commission (commensurate with experience)
