Construction Project Manager – Renovations

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Renovations team. This role is ideal for someone who may not have decades of experience but works hard, learns fast, travels willingly, and does what it takes to get the job done right.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Execution & Oversight
- Set up and manage renovation projects from award through closeout
- Conduct site inspections and document existing conditions
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors
- Track progress, budgets, and schedules to keep projects on target
- Review plans, scopes, contracts, change orders, and daily reports
Estimating & Pre-Construction Support
- Perform detailed takeoffs from plans and site conditions
- Assist with estimates using tools like Xactimate, QuickBid, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Collect and analyze subcontractor pricing
- Assist with value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
Communication & Teamwork
- Work closely with Operations, Estimating, and Field Teams
- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Report project status, risks, and solutions proactively

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, renovations, painting, or related trades
- Familiarity with estimating software (Xactimate, QuickBid, Stack, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and basic building codes
