You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing rental properties between guest stays, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring each space is ready for the next visitor. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health standards and ensure guest safety.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, detergents, and supplies to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and furniture effectively.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure availability for incoming guests.
• Conduct floor cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their expectations or special requests while providing excellent customer service.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable, including janitorial or custodial roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures for various surfaces and materials such as carpets, tiles, hardwood floors, and upholstery.
• Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and sanitation products along with proper manual handling techniques.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces of rental properties.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes.
• Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Pay: $27.50 - $37.50 per hour
