WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance operations in our manufacturing plant located in Indiana. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure while maintaining compliance with Indiana state regulations and safety standards. WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) regulations and OSHA standards. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems maintenance. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Manage facility improvement projects and capital expenditures. Monitor and control maintenance budgets and inventory of spare parts. Respond to emergency maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred. 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with Indiana state environmental and safety regulations (IDEM, OSHA). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
