What will you do?- Stage parts and subassemblies; install key tops, switches, levers, and wires with precision.
- Operate assembly machinery; use hand tools to make, repair, and assemble components and products.
- Read and apply engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, schematics, blueprints, and procedures.
- Own production metrics and quality; visually inspect to standards and route defects for rework per process.
- Work side-by-side with teammates to assemble products and pack finished units.
- Document work accurately on forms and graphs.
- Tackle issues with inoperative equipment; reason through problems and resolve them quickly.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Meet all safety requirements for the company and the industry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent hand–eye coordination.
- Mechanical skillset and comfort with tools and assemblies.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Visual acuity including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation.

How you’re rewardedThe hourly rate for this position is $18.13 - $27.20. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
