A day in this role
On your shift, you’ll move from print to part with confidence. You’ll review drawings, BOMs, and routings; set up multi-axis mills and lathes; build or select fixtures and tooling; dial in offsets; and run parts to tight tolerances. You’ll verify quality through in-process checks, record results clearly, follow our Quality Management System, and wrap the day with preventive maintenance and a tidy workspace.
Shifts and teamwork
Openings on 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm). You’ll collaborate with Level 1–3 machinists in a team-oriented environment, consistently exploring new processes and materials to meet demanding customer needs.

What you'll do
- Set up and run CNC turning plus 3– to 5‑axis vertical and horizontal milling
- Build fixturing and tooling; prove out programs; adjust speeds/feeds to achieve surface finish and dimensional goals
- Machine components to spec using drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and safety protocols
- Follow QMS procedures and process routings; perform inspections and document results legibly
- Complete daily preventive maintenance and keep your area clean and organized
- Background in precision CNC machining—programming and/or hands-on operation—across metals, alloys, plastics, and composites
- Preferred experience in milling (3‑axis, 3 2, 4‑axis, or full 5‑axis)
- Preferred experience in turning (mill‑turn, conventional lathe, or Swiss)
- Apprenticeship or Associate’s degree preferred
- Fluency reading drawings, BOMs, and work aids; strong math (algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions) and skill with measurement tools
