Your Exciting Opportunity

Embrace a transformative role as an Advanced Surface Finishing Technician at Composite Resources—leading the charge in applying meticulous paint finishes to composite parts.

What You Will Master

• Adroit application in paint according to impeccable customer details
• Ensure maintenance and repair of spray equipment stays optimal
• Accurately prepare parts using precise sanding and thorough taping procedures
• Flawlessly execute finishes using both water and solvent mediums in various coating types, such as urethane and enamel
• Utilize gravity and pressure feed systems with expertise
• Deliver precision through focus on intricate tolerances
• Uphold standards through comprehensive self-inspections

Your Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ solid background with industrial coating systems
• Competency in body filler application and refinement
• Comprehend technical documents to curate precise paint mixes
• Evaluate both wet and dry paint thickness proficiently
• Preferably skilled in auto or industrial painting activities, with emphasis on techniques like masking and bondo
• Experience using paint sprayers, pneumatic sanding instruments, and associated prep skills advantageous
• Excellent cooperativity with peers, managers, and cross-department interaction
• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
