What You Will Master
- Adroit application in paint according to impeccable customer details
- Ensure maintenance and repair of spray equipment stays optimal
- Accurately prepare parts using precise sanding and thorough taping procedures
- Flawlessly execute finishes using both water and solvent mediums in various coating types, such as urethane and enamel
- Utilize gravity and pressure feed systems with expertise
- Deliver precision through focus on intricate tolerances
- Uphold standards through comprehensive self-inspections
Your Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ solid background with industrial coating systems
- Competency in body filler application and refinement
- Comprehend technical documents to curate precise paint mixes
- Evaluate both wet and dry paint thickness proficiently
- Preferably skilled in auto or industrial painting activities, with emphasis on techniques like masking and bondo
- Experience using paint sprayers, pneumatic sanding instruments, and associated prep skills advantageous
- Excellent cooperativity with peers, managers, and cross-department interaction
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
